Hello, I’m Cody.

I’m a senior marketing and creative leader with 20+ years of experience driving brand growth, omni-channel experiences, and data-informed storytelling for national and global organizations. My career lives at the intersection of creative vision and operational rigor—where strategy, design, technology, and execution come together to produce measurable business results.

I’ve led high-impact creative, digital, and martech initiatives across industries including manufacturing, consumer products, retail, healthcare, nonprofit, and B2B services. I’m known for being friendly, driven, and hands-on, with a leadership style grounded in accountability, clarity, and collaboration. Whether partnering with executive leadership or working directly with creative and marketing teams, I focus on translating business objectives into clear, compelling brand experiences that perform.

Currently, I lead regional teams responsible for customer retention, satisfaction, and strategic growth across large national portfolios. My work centers on building scalable processes, developing best practices, and creating training and self-service resources that support efficient problem-solving across dozens of customer touchpoints. I collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to strengthen positioning, streamline systems, and improve data quality at scale.

Previously, I led creative and marketing strategy for multi-brand portfolios within highly competitive consumer (CPG) and B2B environments. This included designing omni-channel experiences for major retail partners, launching digital tools used by thousands of monthly users, and driving triple-digit growth through integrated web, social, and content strategies. I’ve overseen martech, branding, and growth initiatives, managed six-figure budgets, and directed all aspects of creative production—from concept through execution.

A significant part of my career has been spent building and leading high-performing creative and marketing teams. I’ve managed teams of 10+ designers, marketers, and content creators; implemented systems to organize and scale hundreds of thousands of digital assets; and introduced process improvements that increased productivity, consistency, and speed without sacrificing quality.

Earlier in my career, I worked in senior design and art direction roles delivering large-scale branding, wayfinding, and marketing initiatives for enterprise organizations and agencies. These experiences shaped my ability to think strategically while remaining deeply connected to craft, execution, and detail.
