Challenge

Video was becoming increasingly important for ecommerce, customer education, and product support, yet the organization had only six videos available across its digital ecosystem.

Customers needed better instructional content, while ecommerce teams required richer product assets to support purchasing decisions.

Strategy

The goal was not simply to create more videos—it was to build a scalable content engine capable of supporting customers throughout the entire ownership journey.

Under my leadership, we developed a comprehensive video strategy focused on:
